The calculation, reversed
You enter the monthly amount, the term and the rate; Bankacı returns the loan that instalment carries, the total repayment and the total interest.
Four loan types
Personal, vehicle, housing and business are calculated separately, because the taxes and the legal table to read change with the type.
The legal limit under the result
The BDDK maximum term for the resulting amount is printed right under it. If the instalment was spread over 24 months and that amount allows 12, you see it before the customer does.
Frequently asked
Are the taxes included?
Yes. KKDF and BSMV are applied on the interest component as on a personal loan; the instalment you enter is the instalment with taxes.
Is the result what the bank will lend?
No. It is the amount that instalment mathematically carries. What is actually lent depends on the bank's assessment and terms.
How much can I borrow?
Enter the monthly instalment you can pay and the term; the box on this page gives the amount that instalment covers at the average rate Bankacı users entered. In the app you enter your own rate, and the BDDK maximum term for the amount appears under the result. What a bank will lend depends on its own assessment.
