Seven payment plans
The same loan produces very different cash flows depending on the plan. Bankacı calculates all seven; below is which one you explain to which customer.
Standard fixed instalment
The same amount every month. When the customer's budget is steady and the plan has to be easy to explain, this is the default.
Equal principal
The principal falls by the same amount each month and interest is charged on the declining balance, so the instalment starts high and drops continuously. Total interest is lower than the standard plan — for a customer who can carry the early instalments it is simply the cheaper loan.
Prepaid interest and grace period
Prepaid interest is collected at drawdown. With a grace period only interest is paid in the opening months, which suits a business whose cash flow starts late or a buyer waiting on delivery.
Custom/balloon, increasing and decreasing
A custom plan lets you set the amount on any instalment you like — or give a range and apply one amount to all of it. Increasing and decreasing plans step the instalment by a set rate.
Your recent calculations are kept
Calculations stay on your device and are listed on the home screen; open one and try another plan with the same inputs. They are stored on the device, not the account, and never sent to a server.

Which plan is cheapest?
Usually equal principal, which carries the lowest total interest in exchange for the highest early instalments. Bankacı compares the two side by side.
How many rows can a balloon plan take?
As many as the term. You can enter them one by one or give a range and apply one amount across it; a row already in the form is overwritten rather than duplicated.
Are the advanced plans free?
The standard fixed-instalment plan is free. The other six are part of Bankacı Premium.
