PAYMENT PLANPREMIUM
Grace-period plan
For a business whose cash flow starts late, or a buyer waiting on delivery: interest only in the opening months, principal afterwards.

Two periods
In the grace period the instalment is interest and its tax alone; once principal starts, the annuity runs over the remaining term. Bankacı shows the two periods separately.
Its cost
The principal waits, so total interest is higher than the standard plan's; in exchange the opening months are light.
Frequently asked
How long can the grace period be?
In Bankacı you choose its length; the bank's product limits apply.
What is paid during the grace period?
Only that month's interest, with its KKDF and BSMV; the principal instalments start when the period ends.
Why does the total cost rise?
The principal does not fall during the grace period, so interest keeps accruing on the full balance; if the term stays the same, the later instalments rise as well.
