Custom / balloon plan
For loans where some instalments have to be different: a large payment in bonus month, a balloon at harvest. You set the amount on the chosen instalments and Bankacı balances the rest.
Row by row, or as a range
Instalments can be entered one at a time, or a range such as 6–10 can take one amount in a single line. A row already in the form is overwritten, not duplicated.
The remaining instalments
After the custom amounts, the remaining principal is spread evenly over the remaining instalments and total interest is recalculated.

What if the balloons exceed the principal?
Bankacı refuses the invalid plan and says so; the custom payments cannot exceed the remaining principal.
Which month can the balloon go on?
Any instalment within the term, one at a time or the same amount across a range. The remaining instalments are recalculated.
How do the remaining instalments change?
Balloon payments bring the principal down early, so the instalments between and after them shrink and the total interest falls.
