Bankacı Account and Data Deletion

Bankacı users can delete their account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

Deleting your account in the app

Open the Bankacı app.
Sign in to your account.
Open Settings.
Go to the “Account” section.
Use the “Delete account” option.
Confirm the deletion.

What happens after deletion?

After you delete your account, your account and the data linked to it are deleted, or, where some data must be kept because of legal obligations, it is retained for the relevant retention period. Deleted data also leaves the database's daily backups within 30 days at the latest.

Deleting data without deleting your account

You can also delete certain data in the app without deleting your account. For example, content you created and other supported user data can be removed from the relevant screens.
