PAYMENT PLANPREMIUM
Increasing-instalment plan
For a customer whose income will grow: the instalment starts low and steps up by a set rate at set intervals.

The step rule
The rate and the interval — say 5% every 12 months — are your choice; Bankacı gives the first and last instalment and the total repayment accordingly.
The comparison
The alternative-plans screen shows the increasing plan's first-year average instalment and the total-repayment difference against the standard plan.
Frequently asked
Why is the total repayment higher?
The principal falls more slowly at the start, so total interest rises; in exchange the early instalments are low.
How is the increase set?
You enter the rate; the instalment grows by it every period. Bankacı shows the first and the last instalment side by side.
Who is it for?
A customer whose income will rise: a low instalment now, a higher one later.
