Calculate a loan with Siri
When a customer asks what the instalment would be, you do not have to open Bankacı. Siri asks for what is missing one question at a time, works it out on the phone with Bankacı's own calculation code and reads out the monthly instalment.
What you say
With Siri set to Turkish, say "Bankacı ile kredi hesapla" (calculate a loan with Bankacı) and Siri asks for the loan type, amount, term and monthly rate in turn. Name the type at the start, as in "Bankacı ile konut kredisi hesapla", and that question is skipped.
How to say the numbers
Say the amount with its currency, as in "3 milyon TL" (3 million lira). The term can be "120 ay" (120 months) or "10 yıl" (10 years), the rate "3 virgül 49" (3 point 49). The rate is monthly; Siri turns down a rate said as yearly and asks for the monthly rate again.
If you do not know the rate
When an average is published, Siri offers to use the average of the monthly rates Bankacı users entered over the last 7 days. That average is not a bank's offer. It is not offered on vehicle loans.
What it calculates and says
Siri works out the standard fixed-instalment plan on a personal, vehicle, housing or instalment business loan; taxes take the calculator form's starting values, and fees and insurance are left out. It reads out the monthly instalment and the total repayment, and the card on screen also shows interest and taxes. No schedule is produced; ask for another plan and Siri offers to open Bankacı with it selected.

Is there voice calculation like this on Android?
No. Calculating with Siri works only on iPhone and iPad, with iOS 17 or later. On Android, the home-screen widget opens the four calculators you use most in one tap.
Is this feature free?
Calculating with Siri is part of Bankacı Premium. Without Premium, Siri offers to open Bankacı and show you Premium. After you subscribe or renew, open Bankacı once; that is where Siri learns about your Premium.
Is my voice or my customer's data sent anywhere?
Apple's Siri handles your voice; Bankacı asks for no microphone permission and receives only the answers Siri understood. The calculation runs on the phone and the result is not sent to a server.
What if Siri mishears?
Siri reads back the amount it understood and asks you to confirm. It asks again for a term or rate it could not read. The first line of the card shows the values it understood; if they are wrong, start again.
