Request pool
Borrowers leave their request on KrediBul and it lands in Bankacı's Pool. You take the ones that fit and write to the customer in the app. You see their phone and e-mail once they choose to share them with you.

What the pool shows
Every request comes with its loan type, amount, term and city. Only requests with a verified e-mail enter the pool. The card says how many bankers have taken it, and requests nobody has taken yet stay on top. Name, phone and e-mail do not show at this stage. A request stays in the pool for 14 days.
Take the request, write to the customer
When you take a request it lands in your Inbox. You send the customer a short message, an example calculation or a list of the documents to prepare. A calculation card says "Example calculation, not an offer." You can send at most three messages in a row until the customer replies.
Contact details are the customer's call
The customer decides banker by banker. If they share their details you see their name, phone and e-mail, with Call, WhatsApp and E-mail buttons. If they say they are not interested you cannot write until they write again. Only the customer sends documents, and only to a banker they have shared with. Files are deleted after 60 days.
Notifications
A new request in the pool raises a notification. When many arrive in a row they are gathered into one every 15 minutes. You also hear when the customer writes to you, shares their details, says they are not interested or changes the request.
The first time you open the pool
Once, the first time, you state that you work at a bank and that the requests you take from the pool are your responsibility. KrediBul does not verify bankers, which is why the customer decides who sees their phone and e-mail.

How many bankers can take a request?
There is no limit. Several bankers can take the same request; the card says how many have.
When do I see the customer's phone?
When the customer shares their details with you. A request left from an older version of the app follows the rule the customer agreed to in that version: the contact details open to the banker who takes it.
Is the pool free?
Seeing the pool and taking requests needs a signed-in account and Bankacı Premium. The pool works in the app and on the web portal.
